The centre includes a competition standard swimming pool with eight lanes, a wet classroom for instruction and spectator seating for 142 guests. An advanced timing system with touchpad technology ensures accuracy for competitive events.

Dance studio: A dedicated dance studio is located on the first floor, featuring Harlequin Flexity sprung flooring to support safe and effective movement training.
Two gymnasiums: The facility includes two full size gymnasiums along with a multipurpose room suitable for events and community activities.
