Following its official opening on 7 February 2026, Whitgift marked the launch of Sagebrook International School, a co-branded IB and British curriculum K–12 school in West Hyderabad, in partnership with Symbiquest Education. 

Whitgift’s Headmaster, Mr Toby Seth, attended the official opening in Hyderabad, highlighting the School’s long-term commitment to international collaboration.

A Strategic International Partnership 

The partnership creates exciting opportunities for Whitgift pupils to engage in collaborative projects, exchanges, and international learning experiences, strengthening the School’s commitment to global citizenship. 

With further schools in India expected to follow, the collaboration supports Whitgift’s ambition to become a genuinely global institution, enhancing pupil experience and international boarding recruitment. 

A Growing Educational Hub in Hyderabad 

Sagebrook International will eventually accommodate up to 2,500 students and is located in Hyderabad’s rapidly growing west, near residential and IT-focused developments. 

Whitgift will provide strategic support in quality assurance, curriculum, staff selection, policies, professional development, building design, and branding.
