SenTia School has officially joined Taylor’s Education Group, becoming part of a wider network of educational institutions across Asia.
The partnership is expected to strengthen the school’s academic support systems, operational capabilities and international learning pathways while maintaining its commitment to the Vietnamese national curriculum and bilingual education model.
Vietnamese Identity Remains at the Heart of Learning
SenTia has confirmed that its educational philosophy of Happy Growing and its commitment to “Vietnamese Identity, International Quality” will remain central to the school’s approach.
Its bilingual curriculum will continue to form the foundation of learning, supported by Taylor’s expertise in teacher development, academic operations and programme investment. School leaders said the collaboration will allow SenTia to broaden academic and developmental pathways for students while keeping Vietnamese values and identity firmly at the centre of their educational experience.

British University Vietnam to Strengthen Academic Pathways
A key element of the collaboration will involve support from British University Vietnam (BUV), which will contribute academic expertise to enhance both SenTia’s Vietnamese national curriculum and its Oxford International Programme.
As the first and only university in Việt Nam to achieve institution-wide accreditation from the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), BUV is expected to help strengthen progression opportunities for students while maintaining a balance between local educational priorities and international standards.
Professor Raymond Gordon said:
“We are pleased to collaborate with SenTia in extending internationally recognised learning opportunities while respecting Việt Nam’s educational priorities.”
New Opportunities for Students and Teachers
Joining Taylor’s Education Group will also provide access to a wider educational network spanning Malaysia, Singapore and Việt Nam.
Students will benefit from leadership programmes, collaborative projects and mobility opportunities across the region, giving them greater exposure to different learning environments and cultures. Teachers will gain access to enhanced professional development opportunities, academic benchmarking initiatives and the sharing of best practice across schools and institutions within the group.
Karl Engkvist said:
“At Taylor’s, our goal is to create learning environments where students feel supported and encouraged to do their best.”
The collaboration also strengthens long-term progression routes for students. While SenTia learners will continue to have access to Vietnamese universities, they will also benefit from clearer pathways to institutions including Taylor’s University, British University Vietnam and BUV’s international university partners.
Looking Ahead
SenTia’s established 4C philosophy of Care, Curiosity, Challenge and Character will continue to guide teaching and learning as the school enters this new stage of development.
As Trần Nhật Minh noted,
“This partnership marks an important milestone in SenTia’s development,” while reaffirming that the school’s dedication to Vietnamese values and the national curriculum remains unchanged.
The partnership reflects a growing trend across Asia towards educational models that combine national identity, international standards and stronger links between school and higher education, helping students prepare for future study and careers in an increasingly interconnected world.
